Stretch Wrapper
The turntable model is our most popular general purpose stretch wrapper which is designed to wrap the majority of all pallet loads. It's a perfect fit for the semi-automatic environment as it can be loaded with a palletjack or forktruck. This stretch wrapper offers a maintenance-free, user-friendly design to replace labor intensive handwrapping operations. Capable of wrapping 25 loads per hour, many customers use the turntable model to wrap irregular shaped loads and to deliver high performance load containment in the handling and shipping cycle.
We also offer the high speed machines like shrink packaging machines which can deliver speeds of upto 360 loads per day. Operator involvement in the wrapping cycle is not required for the high speed stretch wrappers. The automatic conveyorized stretch wrapper can operate as a free-standing unit or be integrated into a high volume, conveyorized operation. These machines are robust and require next to no maintenace and are lubricated for life.
